“I had a major issue with my stacked washer/dryer (a coupler in the back had cracked and was spewing hot water everywhere, necessitating my having to turn the hot water to the house completely o), and of course this happened on a weekend. I called A&Y to come out; they sent out a very thorough, pleasant man who assessed the situation and got everything settled so that I could turn the hot water back on without further leaking. The part had to be ordered (as it was not a standard washer/dryer), so he returned in a few days to complete the repair.
