1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the A&Y Appliances website located at ayappliances.com and your engagement of our appliance repair services. By accessing this website or scheduling a service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Appliance Repair Services

A&Y Appliances provides professional appliance repair services throughout Los Angeles County, California. CA BEAR License #49435.

  • A diagnostic fee of $85 is charged per service visit. This fee is applied toward the total cost of repair if you approve the repair.
  • A written estimate will always be provided before any repair work begins. No work will proceed without your explicit approval.
  • We use OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) certified parts exclusively. We do not use aftermarket or third-party substitute parts.
  • Service availability is subject to scheduling and geographic coverage. Same-day service is available but not guaranteed.
  • We reserve the right to decline a service request if the repair is not technically feasible or safe to perform.

3. Pricing & Payment

All pricing is provided via written estimate on-site prior to repair. Final charges may differ from phone estimates, which are provided as general guidance only.

  • Diagnostic fee: $85 per visit, credited toward repair if approved.
  • Payment is due upon completion of service.
  • Accepted payment methods include cash, check, credit card, debit card, Zelle, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay.
  • Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of the service visit.

4. SMS Terms of Service

By providing your phone number and scheduling a service or requesting a quote, you may consent to receive SMS text messages from A&Y Appliances related to your service.

What messages you may receive:

Appointment confirmations · Technician arrival notifications · Service updates · Follow-up messages · Occasional promotional offers

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services. You will typically receive 1–3 messages per scheduled service.

Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. A&Y Appliances is not responsible for any charges from your carrier.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. Once you opt out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.

Supported Carriers
