A&Y Appliances provides residential appliance repair services throughout Los Angeles County and Ventura County, California. All services are performed by licensed technicians. California BEAR License #49435.
A diagnostic fee of $85 applies to all service calls. This fee covers the technician visit, diagnosis of the appliance issue, and a written estimate for repair. If you approve the repair, the $85 diagnostic fee is applied toward the total repair cost — you are never double-charged. If you decline the repair, the $85 diagnostic fee is the only charge.
A written estimate is provided before any repair work begins. No repair work is performed without your explicit approval of the written estimate. Final charges will not exceed the written estimate without your prior approval of any additional work required.
All OEM replacement parts installed by A&Y Appliances carry a 1-year warranty from the date of installation. This warranty covers parts failure under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, power surges, or other external factors.
All repair labor performed by A&Y Appliances carries a 30-day warranty from the date of service. If the same issue recurs within 30 days due to our workmanship, we will return and remedy the issue at no additional labor charge.

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled at any time prior to the technician's arrival at no charge. Cancellations made after the technician has arrived but before diagnosis begins may incur a trip fee. Same-day bookings cancelled within 1 hour of the scheduled arrival window may incur a cancellation fee.
A&Y Appliances liability is limited to the cost of the repair service provided. We are not liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from appliance failure or repair. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.
A&Y Appliances uses only genuine OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts sourced from authorized distributors. We do not use aftermarket or third-party replacement parts. If an OEM part is unavailable, you will be notified and given the option to wait for the genuine part or decline the repair.
